First Aid Training
All First Aid Courses are fully certified qualifications for individuals and/or business owners. Courses start with short 4 hour courses for basic CPR and AED training. Through to our First Aid at Work Full 3 day course.
We can cater for all First Aid requirements, including half and 1 day refresher courses.
Our new ‘blended’ and ‘e-learning’ training, allows part remote and part face to face tuition.

This regulated and nationally recognised qualification enables learners to gain the skills and knowledge needed to administer safe, prompt, effective first aid in situations which can arise when providing care.
One day course
Emergency situations can arise with both adults and children whilst taking part in outdoor or activity based environments.
This nationally recognised qualification provides learners with the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of first aid situations, including skills often required in a lower risk outdoor setting.
Two day course
This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides learners with the life-saving techniques needed to support an adult or child in an emergency situation, until professional medical help arrives.
Half day course
This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides learners with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in basic life support and the management of anaphylaxis.
The content of this qualification has been approved by the Anaphylaxis Campaign.
Half day course
International resuscitation guidelines recommend training in the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to save lives. This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides learners with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in basic life support (BLS) and AED usage in emergency situations.

CPR and AED
Level 2
This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides learners with the knowledge and practical competencies needed to safely perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

The QA Level 2 Award in citizenAID (RQF) is a regulated qualification designed to teach members of the public life-saving skills for use in the event of a deliberate multiple casualty incident.

Forestry First Aid
Level 3
This regulated and nationally recognised qualification has been designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills needed to deal with emergency first aid situations in a forestry/agricultural context.

The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. This includes appointing a suitable amount of first aiders and providing appropriate first aid training.

Combined First Aid at Work and Paediatric Level
Combining the QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) and the QA Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) into 3 extended days of classroom learning, this specially designed course provides the skills and knowledge needed to provide both adult and paediatric first aid, whilst minimising the number of training days required to achieve both qualifications.

Paediatric First Aid
Level 3
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework requires all early years providers in England to have at least one person who has a current and full paediatric first aid certificate on the premises and available at all times when children are present. Providers should also take into account the number of children, staff and layout of the premises and increase their paediatric first aid provision accordingly to ensure that a paediatric first aider is available to respond to emergencies quickly.

This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides learners with the opportunity to develop the basic skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency paediatric first aid situations which could arise when looking after children.
