Welcome to Phoenix Emergency Response Solutions. First formed in February 2017 in West Sussex, Phoenix set out to provide quality, professional and engaging First Aid, Fire Safety and Health and Safety training. Fast forward to September 2018, PERS became an accredited centre with Qualsafe and Ofcom. The business also converted to a full Limited Company.
Phoenix expanded over the years, recruiting fully qualified and accredited instructors covering a larger area including Hampshire and Dorset. PERS provides quality training for businesses across the mid south coast. Ever growing and ever evolving. Phoenix Emergency Response Solutions now houses 3 main divisions in Phoenix First Aid Training, Phoenix Safety Training and our newest addition. Phoenix Sea Safety School.

Director
Mark Osborne
As owner of PERS, Mark brings his 45 years of knowledge and expertise into all aspects of our training and consultancy practice. Started Power Boating in 1985 and joind the RYA scheme in 1990.

Glen McArthur
Glen has been delivering quality and professional courses for decades and is forever educating our trainers to deliver the best courses possible. RYA Instructor after serving several years as a lifeguard and lifeboatman in Gosport and Fareham.

RYA Instructor and Trainer
Tim Eady
One of the first RYA Instructors. Tim is a keen water skier and power boat user and owner. Over 25 years of experience. Enjoys instructing and empowering candidates to develop their skills with encouragement.
Worked closely with Mark for over 30 years as a Fire Officer.

South West Trainer
Joe Day
With 12 years experience in Health & Fitness, paired with his knowledge of the human anatomy, Joe specialises in delivering fantastic First Aid Courses.

RYA Instructor
Henry Prout
Started his career in the RNLI back in 2016 as a volunteer and as a full-time staff member for the RNLI. From there Henry went on to work commercially as a marine engineer on the River Thames and later to offshore CTVs. As a professional maritime instructor for the Maritime & Coastguard Agency, he delivers IMO STCW training for merchant seafarers including firefighting, personal survival techniques and enclosed (dangerous) spaces. A Royal Yachting Association Powerboat Instructor with a commercially endorsed International Certificate of Competence (ICC).
